Azure Alliance Cloud Sales Executive

Datavail is seeking a Microsoft Alliance Cloud Sales Executive to leverage Datavail’s strong Microsoft competencies and credibility to expand its Azure success within the Microsoft ecosystem.

The Azure Alliance Cloud Sales Executive will:

  • Work closely with marketing department and Microsoft practice to create  go-to-market solutions with current offerings
  • Collaborate with Marketing on national campaign and receive all resulting leads
  • Be nationally focused
  • Leverage Datavail’s preferred partner statuses-examples include:
  • Datavail is one of three Microsoft preferred partner for Mongo Azure migrations
  • Preferred Partner for Oracle applications to Azure & Open Source Databases running on Azure
  • Infrastructure partners
  • Current clients looking to move workloads, apps, databases to cloud

This is a high visibility role within the organization, reporting directly to the Head of Sales and involving direct C-level interaction. 

Successful candidates will have a demonstrated track record of partnering with Microsoft, working both independently and as part of a team, while driving pursuits and closing engagements. 

This is a trusted advisor role.  

Location is flexible, with travel as needed (not a road warrior role), including quarterly trips to Datavail’s HQ in Denver.
