Our client, B-Secur, is scaling its U.S. MedTech operations to leverage FDA clearance of its HeartKey® Rhythm platform and seize a unique confluence of market opportunities. The VP of Medical Sales will lead sales into health systems, IDNs, and cardiac OEMs—and build the foundation for long-term U.S. growth.

What You’ll Do
- Own the full U.S. medical sales lifecycle
- Â Sell into hospitals, IDNs, and diagnostic OEMs
- Â Shape GTM strategy, pricing, and messaging
- Â Provide market insight to product and leadership teams

- An entrepreneurial spirit and a consultative mindset
- Sales at B-Secur involves engaging multi-stakeholder deals, often at the C-suite level
- 10-15+ years in MedTech or digital health sales
- Proven success selling into IDNs, hospital systems, and OEMs
- Experience in SaaS or software licensing sales
- Clinical selling skills; ECG/cardiac experience a strong plus

Compensation Structure
- OTE: $300,000–$360,000 (base + bonus)
- Equity: Meaningful stock option package
- Incentives: Additional upside for sourced strategic partnerships
