A middle market hardware company was in the midst of a transformation to incorporate a SaaS solution. To execute this strategy successfully, the client needed a Vice Present of Product Management to lead the transformation. They had engaged another executive search consultant eight months prior with no search intake, communication or results. The Client had not received a single submittal or status update.
