Vice President of Product Management
As a member of the executive leadership team, the VP of Product Management will be instrumental in the transformation of Inovonics from a hardware solution centric company to a SaaS solution firm to increase life/safety capabilities to existing and new customers.
By leveraging your skills and experiences you will collaboratively develop and own the product vision for Inovonics from ideation through full deployment.
You will lead the product strategy and execution while leading cross enterprise development. This role will also meet with clients to perform needs discovery and problem identification, in order to develop an effective product roadmap. This also entails market and customer segmentation, opportunity sizing, requirements development and business case creation, including cost/benefit analysis.
Internally, you will partner with cross-functional leadership team members to enable successful feature launches and support go-to-market (GTM) campaigns (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Customer Sales & Service).

Compensation plan includes a base salary range of $180,000- $225,000 with cash incentives and Roper Technologies equity.
