By working with the sales management and SVP of Sales, we developed the desired profile and target source list for senior sales executives and sales leadership.
Our market research demonstrated that Siemens was 33%-55% below competitors sales compensation plans. Siemens adjusted the base and commission structure to be successfully competitive.
