Summary of Responsibilities:

As the FP&A Director, you’ll lead FP&A’s capabilities and process improvement while shaping a world-class financial team. You’ll leverage your analytical expertise to drive strategic planning, forecasting, and translate data into compelling narratives for C-suite and board members.

Key Headlines:

7+ years of FP&A experience with expertise in financial modeling

Must have experience in MD&A write ups, MOR decks, developing rolling forecast and AOP

Have or embrace post merger financial experience: modeling, data collection methodology, efficiency opportunities, etc.

  • Financial Strategist: You’ll lead the creation of insightful reports and forecasts, including monthly variance analysis, a comprehensive MOR deck, and critical 13-week cash flow projections. This data will guide strategic decision-making for both internal leadership and SLWM’s private equity partner.
  • Financial Storyteller: As an expert in translating complex financial information, you’ll craft clear and compelling narratives within the MD&A section. Your ability to communicate financial insights effectively is key.
  • Data-Driven Planning: You’ll spearhead the development of SLWM’s financial future through data-driven quarterly rolling forecasts and annual AOP. Your expertise in identifying KPIs will be crucial for optimizing operational results.
  • Analytics & Technology Pro: Beyond financial acumen, you possess a strong understanding of BI tools. You’ll play a key role in evaluating and implementing BI systems to empower informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Financial Acumen: Harness your business curiosity, acumen, FP&A expertise, and accounting experience to identify operational efficiency opportunities.
